Ocean Law
Ocean Law is the rule that says if you leave something in the ocean long enough, it’s yours. It could be a dead turtle, a lost pen, or a whole car. You get it. You don’t even have to say thank you.
I left my pen in the ocean. Now it’s mine. I use it to write notes. It has seaweed stuck to it. It’s still cool.
I found my brother’s lost turtle in the ocean. I took it. Now it’s my turtle. He thinks I’m a turtle thief. I think he’s a turtle loser.
I left my car in the ocean. Now it’s mine. I drive it around. It’s slightly rusty, but it still works.
