O. C. D. texts are when you check your phone so much it feels like your phone is trying to tell you something. But it isn’t. It just sits there, cold and unfeeling, while you check it 10 times in 1 minute like it’s your job.
I checked my phone 6 times in 1 minute because I thought my crush sent me a text. He didn’t. He was checking his phone too.
I stared at my phone for 5 minutes because I thought I got a text. I didn’t. I got a text from my brother. But I didn’t see it because I was staring at my phone like it was my only friend.
I checked my phone 11 times in 2 minutes because I thought my mom was texting me about dinner. She wasn’t. She was eating dinner. Again.
