A smug, lazy person who takes up the whole stall like it’s their throne, just so they don’t have to deal with the 99% who are actually trying to live.
I’ve been in that stall for 20 minutes and this guy’s still there, like he owns it.
This occupier is so full of themselves, they’re blocking the door.
I had to wait 10 minutes for the occupier to finally leave, and they were still texting like it was a job.
