Occupational Snobbery
When someone acts like their job is the only one that matters and everyone else is just a waste of time. They can’t see that other jobs are just as tough, if not tougher.
A doctor told my mom that being a teacher is 'just for people who can’t handle real work.'
A cop said my job as a baker is 'just for people who can’t handle pressure.'
A lawyer said my job as a cleaner is 'just for people who can’t think.'
