Bank that gives you the finger when you need cash the most

I needed cash for rent and OCBC Bank gave me the finger.

The bank wouldn’t let me take out money. They’re like a bunch of jerks.

My account is full but OCBC Bank won’t let me take out cash. They’re the worst.
