A person who's so drunk they don't know their own name and still think they're the cool one.
My uncle drank 12 shots and kept telling me he was 'the king of obnoxing.'
At the bar, the guy next to me tried to start a fight with a bartender. He was obnoxing.
My friend's mom got so drunk she started crying and screaming at the TV. She was obnoxing.
