My friend from Oaxaca says it’s pronounced ‘Wahaka’. I still say ‘Osaka’ and get laughed at.

Oaxaca people are short and dark. They talk like they’re drunk and ‘constantly annoyed’.

I tried to say ‘Oaxaca’ like ‘Osaka’ and my cousin laughed at me. He said I sound like a ‘drunken fool’.
