Oak Harbor is like a time machine stuck in the 80s. It rains forever, and everyone speaks Tagalog or just stares at the ceiling.
I went to the movie theater and watched a VHS copy of Titanic in 2024.
The only language I hear is Tagalog and the sound of rain.
I live there and I still don’t know why.
