'O R'LYEH?' he said when he heard someone say 'O RLY?' in a language he didn’t understand.
He was sleeping and said 'O R'LYEH?' when someone yelled 'O RLY?' at him.
He just said 'O R'LYEH?' when someone tried to tell him a joke.
