The part of your nose that smells food while you cook it. If you cook too much, it turns numb and you need to sniff outside air to get your nose back to normal.
I cooked for 3 hours and my nose was like a dead fish.
I had to go outside to sniff the air like a dog on a leash.
My nose was so numb I thought I was cooking for a ghost.
