When a character is remembered for being half-assed naked instead of being smart. Sally got stuck in peoples' brains for being bare and not for being cool.
'Sally didn't do anything cool, just stood there with no clothes on.'
'That Sally was more famous for being naked than for being smart.'
'I still can't forget that Sally, she was just standing there with no clothes on!'
