When a character gets remembered for being half-assed naked instead of for doing cool stuff. Like Naked Sally, who got stuck in peoples' brains for being bare instead of being awesome.
'I still can't forget that Sally from Sonic, she was just standing there with no clothes on!'
'Why do I remember her for being naked and not for saving the day?'
'That Sally was more famous for being naked than for being smart.'
