Naisuru is the most dramatic version of naisu. You yell it when you're sad, mad, and still in love all at the same time.
'Naisuru! I'm so sad you lost the game!'
'Naisuru? I'm so mad at you right now!'
'Naisuru? I'm still in love with you though!'
