A person who never stops bugging you, usually the opposite sex, and they think they're the best at it.
'You're gonna get in trouble again if you don't do your chores!'
'Why do you always forget your lunch? I'm gonna die of hunger!'
'You're the worst! I'm gonna die of stress!'
