A Naggard is a woman who lives in a ghetto and thinks everyone else should be as loud and annoying as she is. She nags people like it's her job.
'You didn't feed the cat? I'm gonna nag you about that for the rest of the week.'
'Why are you wearing that shirt? I'm gonna nag you about it until you change.'
'You didn't vacuum the floor? I'm gonna nag you about it forever.'
