A super harsh name for someone who is so annoying you want to hit them with a bag of chips and then eat the chips.
'You're a nacker bastard,' he said, after I took his chips at the cinema.
'She called me a nacker bastard because I ruined her pizza.'
He sent a message: 'You're a nacker bastard' because I took his last chocolate.
