M. K. Stalin is a fat, loud guy who waddles around as the 8th Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Everyone says he's going to be the next Prime Minister, if he can stop talking and stop eating so much sambar.
School kid: 'Stalin is like a sambar-filled balloon, he's gonna pop!'
Sambar seller: 'He eats more sambar than I do in a week.'
Prime Minister: 'If he stops talking, I might let him be PM.'
