Someone who thinks they’re hilarious and will laugh at anything. They can draw and are usually okay, but if you ask them for water, they’ll ignore you like a jerk. They’re also the type to talk for hours and never stop.
He laughed at my joke about a pizza that fell off a ladder. I asked him for water. He said, "I’m not going to get it."
He drew me a picture of a cat with a hat and talked about it for 20 minutes.
He asked me if I was okay, then talked about his day for 15 minutes before he finally gave me water.
