Macrophages are the body’s meanest bouncers. They kick out dead cells, fight infections, and sometimes even chew up stuff that shouldn’t be there. They’re always patrolling your blood like it’s their job.
My macrophages just kicked out a virus and it was like a fight club inside my veins.
