maclatch
A fancy way of saying you're getting busy with someone. Like when you're in the middle of something and you're not thinking about anything else.
'I'm going to have a maclatch with my boss's wife.'
'Don't bother me, I'm in the middle of a maclatch.'
'That's what I call it when I'm with my girlfriend.'
