A person who only has three fingers and/or toes. They’re basically a human with a missing body part and a bad life decision.
My uncle’s a lafiggero. He lost two toes in a blender fight.
She’s got three fingers on her left hand. No one knows why.
That guy’s a lafiggero. He can’t even text properly.
