Ladification
When a guy takes over a group task just to mess up everyone else so they fail at their stuff, all just so he can feel good about himself, and later everyone else goes, 'Damn, I would've done that too if I was him,' and he gets away with it.
He took the lead in the group project just so we all got bad grades, and then said, 'I did this for the team.'
He messed up the whole game so we all lost, and then he said, 'I was trying to help.'
He took over the pizza order just to make sure we all got cold pizza, and then said, 'I was being a good friend.'
