When a group of guys is being annoying and you say ‘Lads off’ to stop them. Then you shout ‘Lads on’ to get them going again. It’s like a switch you flip in your brain.
We were in class and I said ‘Lads off’ and they all stopped talking.
He said ‘Lads on’ and they all started shouting at me.
I was walking down the street and heard someone say ‘Lads on’ and it made me laugh.
