Kajanker
A fancy word for a lady's private parts. Probably used by a German who thinks he's fancy.
My German cousin called it a 'Kajanker' and I called him a f***ing idiot.
She said I could use the Kajanker if I wanted to be fancy.
He tried to explain Kajanker like it was a science project. It wasn’t.
