Kaifa
Kaifa-haluk is the fancy Arabic way of saying 'how are you' that your grandma uses when she’s trying to sound cool. It’s like asking 'how are you' but with more dignity and less 'keeyfuk.'
'I said kaifa-haluk to my uncle, and he asked me why I didn’t just say hi.'
'She used kaifa-haluk on me, and I felt like I was in a movie.'
'I tried to use kaifa-haluk in class, and the teacher didn’t even know what I was talking about.'
