Ne čujem is when someone pretends they can't hear you. It's like they are trying to avoid a conversation. It's annoying but it's also pretty funny when they do it.
Kadir: 'I don’t hear you, I’m just ignoring you.'
Kadir: 'I’m not deaf, I’m just choosing not to listen.'
Kadir: 'I’m ignoring you so hard, you’ll be crying.'
