A Jackism is when Jack acts like a total jerk to everyone, and then he yells at them when they talk to him.
'He called me a chicken and then yelled at me for being a chicken.'
'He said I was stupid and then acted like I was stupid.'
'He told me to shut up and then kept talking.'
