A Jack Tripper happens when people talk about totally different stuff but think they’re on the same page. Usually involves someone getting their junk out and someone else thinking they’re getting laid.
'You said you wanted pizza, I thought you meant sex.', Dave, after his friend walked out of the room with a slice in hand.
'I said I was gonna get you a drink, not a creampie.', Mike, mid-sentence, as his friend walked in with a cocktail and a smirk.
'You said you were gonna bring the whole team, I thought you meant your mom.', Steve, at the party, as his mom walked in with a keg and a warrant.'
