When a blue check user on Twitter fakes being a famous person or company by changing their name and picture, then makes stupid jokes about them. This usually gets them kicked off Twitter and stripped of their blue check. Named after Jaboukie Young-White, who got suspended for pretending to be CNN and roasting Joe Biden.
