A former President telling the Vice-President he was going to storm the border like a madman with a truck full of tacos.
He said, 'I'm gonna come, and I'm bringing tacos!'
He posted on Twitter: 'They said I couldn't come. I'm gonna come and I'll eat tacos while I do it.'
He yelled at a reporter, 'I'm gonna come, and you're gonna watch me do it!'
