Mario’s whole life is just rescuing some stuck-up princess and crushing tiny mushroom monsters like they owe him money. It’s basic, it’s brutal, and it’s all he’s ever been good for.

Why do I bother with anything else when I can just stomp Goombas and save Peach?

Mario’s not doing anything fancy. He’s just saving some princess and kicking the crap out of Goombas. That’s it. No magic, no fancy moves, just brute force and a bad attitude.

I’m not a hero, I’m just a guy who kicks Goombas and saves princesses.

If I didn’t save Peach, I’d be out of a job.

Stomping Goombas is my full-time job, and I don’t like it.
