When someone messed up their line count and ended up with more speed or coke than they needed because they were too wasted to stop.
"I oops'd" because I poured out three lines and only had one left to smoke.
"I oops'd" when I spilled half the bag and had to ask my friend for a hit.
"I oops'd" because I poured out so much speed I had to borrow a line from my mom."
