It's what old Black people say when they're trying to keep the peace. They don't want the last thing they say to be something that could get them killed.

It's like a bad text message from a grandparent who still thinks emojis are a new invention. They send a bunch of hearts and stars and fire emojis just to make you feel extra loved.
