I iz is slang for 'is this because I'm...' used by chavs and gangsters when they're trying to sound cool or when they're arguing with security guards who think they're cool.
'I iz tired of being kicked out of the mall!' said the kid who tried to steal a pizza.
'I iz the reason you got fired!' said my dad to the security guard.
'I iz the reason I got banned from the arcade!' said my friend after he bit the security guard.
