You use this when someone says something so ridiculous it makes you want to punch them, but you can’t even form a sentence because your brain is melting.
'He said he can talk to dogs. I don’t know what to say.'
'She claims she can fly. I don’t know what to say.'
'He told me he ate a whole pizza in one bite. I don’t know what to say.'
