Hairdresser's syndrome
When a new service provider acts like they’re the king of the world and the previous one was a total no-talent failure. They’ll ask, ‘Who did your hair before?’ and then insult them so bad you feel like you’re in a trash can.
My new stylist said, ‘Your old hairdresser was a disaster. I’m gonna make you look like a queen.’
‘Who did your garden last?’ he asked. I said, ‘A guy who thought weeds were a fashion trend.’
My new window cleaner said, ‘That last guy was a total hack. I’m gonna clean your windows so well, you’ll see your reflection in the dirt.’
