A stupid comment you throw at someone with a short haircut. Usually an Asian kid from Michigan. You say it when you want to laugh and get in trouble.
'Hair oil! You look like a bald chicken!' said to my brother after he got a buzz cut.
'Hair oil! You’re gonna be the laughing stock of the school!' to my friend after his haircut.
'Hair oil! You’re gonna get yelled at by your mom!' yelled at my cousin after he got his short haircut.
