A joke you yell at someone with a short haircut. Usually an Asian guy from Michigan. You say it when you want to make people laugh and get yelled at.
'Hair oil! You look like a hot dog!' said to my neighbor after he got a buzz cut.
'Hair oil! You’re gonna be the joke of the lunch table!' to my friend after his haircut.
'Hair oil! You’re gonna be the target of all the bullies!' yelled at my cousin after his short haircut.
