A hellhole where everyone's broke, exhausted, and forced to work like dogs for nothing. It's like purgatory but with no snacks and no mercy.
Hadestown is like my job. I work like a dog, get nothing, and the boss is Hades himself.
If I had a dollar for every time I've been in Hadestown, I'd be rich. Or maybe just a little less broke.
