HABS fan
A person who acts like they're the only one who cares about something. They scream, swear like a sailor, hug strangers, and don't care if they get arrested. They might even set a cop car on fire just for fun.
I saw a HABS fan yell at a pizza delivery guy for being late. The guy ran away.
My friend went to a game and came back with a burn mark from a cop car fire.
A HABS fan hugged my dog and yelled 'GO HABS!' until my dog howled.
