A group of cops who are super annoying and take bullying and scamming way too seriously. They were started in 2005 by ThunderwolfX and carstud, and now they have 40,000 cops who are all super loyal and work in different places and have different jobs.
My friend got bullied by a kid who said he was the best dancer in the world.
The cops showed up and made the kid dance and apologize.
Now the kid is crying and the cops are laughing.
