A bunch of cops who have no life and spend all their time bullying and scamming other people. They were started in 2005 by ThunderwolfX and carstud, and now they have 40,000 cops who are super dedicated and work in different places.
My friend got bullied by a kid who said he was the best dancer in the world.
The cops showed up and made the kid dance and apologize.
Now the kid is crying and the cops are laughing.
