It's the fake word you use to sound smart when you're really just making it up. It's like a lying version of 'word.'
'That movie was galongwallah,' she said, even though she didn't watch it.
'He called it galongwallah, but it was just a weird noise.'
'I said galongwallah when the teacher asked me the answer, and no one questioned me.'
