Gallerian Marlon ran the USE Dark Star Bureau and started the whole Dark Star Scandal. He was so messed up after his wife and daughter died that he agreed to help Ma get the vessels of sin just to save his kid, and he signed a stupid contract with Adam Moonlit.
Gallerian Marlon was a judge who took money from the bad guys and let them go free. He was a total fraud.
