To be a total idiot with someone. Like you both decide to splash in puddles, throw stuff, and probably get in trouble.
We galabanted in the rain. He threw a rock. I got in trouble. Then I threw a rock at him.
They galabanted like a couple of drunks with a puddle and a cop.
