A very bad way to say someone is a total mess. Like if you tripped into a toilet and then fell into a trash can.
My brother said I was a gahbe for wearing socks with sandals.
My dog called my neighbor a gahbe because he took his bone.
My teacher said the whole class was a gahbe for talking too much.
