A stupid nickname for a bawbag, usually said by people who are too lazy to make a real insult
"You're a gabwab!" he said, then went back to gaming.
"Gabwab? I'm a god!" she said, then fell asleep.
He called me a gabwab, then walked away like it was nothing.
