Facticity
A fancy word for a fact that's been placed like a landmine to trip someone up during an argument. It's like saying 'I know you're lying' when you're clearly the one who's lying.
'You said you'd be here by 8.' 'I was here by 8.' 'You said you'd be here by 8.'
'You're not even wearing pants.' 'I am wearing pants.' 'You're not even wearing pants.'
'I saw that on the news.' 'You didn't even watch the news.' 'I saw that on the news.'
