Facilitize
A stupid way of using words that makes no sense. It’s like someone tried to fake being smart and used the word ‘facilitate’ but got it totally wrong. They think it means making sure everything is ready for a project, but they’re just clueless.
Boeing uses this word like it’s going out of style.
My boss said, 'We need to facilitize this meeting.'
The guy in the office wears a shirt that says 'Facilitize or Die.'
