Facebook friendship
A Facebook friendship is when someone you barely know decides they need to be in your life by asking your friend to add them, even though they don't know your friend and probably don't know their own name.
'Hey, can you add me? I heard your friend is cool.'
They sent a friend request to your friend and asked, 'Can you add me? I’m desperate.'
They asked your friend, 'Why aren’t you my friend yet? I’m dying over here.'
